2021年11月，道合药业控股研发公司科研项目成功入选2021年山东省科技型中小企业创新能力提升工程。        山东省科技型中小企业技术创新能力提升工程项目是山东省科技厅为贯彻落实《山东省人民政府关于印发落实“六稳”“六保”促进高质量发展政策清单（第二批）的通知》（鲁政发〔2021〕4号），进一步优化中小企业创新生态，提升企业自主创新能力和核心竞争力组织开展的，重点支持集成电路、新一代信息技术、新材料、新能源、高端装备、生物医药、现代种业等新兴领域及山东省急需补短板的产业领域的关键核心技术突破和科技成果转化项目。        本次入选是对我公司在科技创新领域发展成绩的充分肯定，我们将进一步增强主体意识，加大科技研发投入，加快公司在高科技领域产品的自主创新能力，培育企业核心竞争力，加快提速公司创新能力和成果转化成功率，为全省企业科技型中小企业创新转型发挥积极地示范和引领作用!

       2021年6月15日上午，道合药业2020年度暨第四届股东大会在办公楼二楼报告厅顺利召开。本次会议由公司董事长宋伟国博士主持。        会议审议通过《关于公司2020年财务决算报告及2021年财务预算报告的议案》、《关于公司2020年融资计划的议案》、《关于推行股权激励方案的议案》、《关于变更公司监事人选的议案》等议案。        会议期间各位股东参观了道合药业的二期工程建设现场与道合药业负责运行、政府投资建设的创新原料药中试共享平台项目现场。
